RETURNS

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order.

Once an order is placed, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To return an item, please email Info@omtcnyc.com within the first 14 calendar days of when order was received for further return instructions. After 14 days all return inquiries would be rejected and Original Madras Trading Company will hold the sole discretion to determine whether a exchange can be issued.

REFUND

We only offer exchanges and/or Store credit. NO refunds. Original Madras Trading Company holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
