Domestic (US) Orders Policy 

 

Returns

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order.

Once an order is placed, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To return an item, please email Info@omtcnyc.com within the first 14 calendar days of when order was received for further return instructions. After 14 days all return inquiries would be rejected and Original Madras Trading Company will hold the sole discretion to determine whether a exchange can be issued. 

Refund

We only offer exchanges and/or Store credit. Original Madras Trading Company holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. 

 

International Orders Policy

Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your local government or shipping carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout. OMTC is not responsible for any additional customs or import-related fees.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Due to international customs regulations, duties may be charged multiple times, and there is an increased risk of packages being delayed or lost in transit during the return process.
